  • Paul Wheeler – Director & Lead Kitchen Designer

    Paul brings over 20 years of kitchen industry experience to every project. He spent more than a decade managing German kitchen showrooms across West London, Surrey, and Sussex, before founding Kitchen Lifestyles in 2017. With a calm, methodical approach and a keen understanding of space, Paul is known for designing kitchens that feel effortless to use, beautifully tailored to each client’s lifestyle and needs. He also leads on purchasing and supplier relationships, drawing on his time as a former director at MHK to secure excellent product value.

    Derek Sexton – Director, Installation Specialist & Designer

    Derek trained as a cabinet maker before completing a degree in furniture design and working at Higham Furniture for seven years. After running his own kitchen installation business, Derek joined forces with Paul to co-lead Kitchen Lifestyles, combining his technical expertise with an eye for detail. Today, Derek focuses on kitchen design, while overseeing installation standards across every project.
